Peonies & PICNICS is a retail store, located in Daylesford, country Victoria, and stocks beautiful old and new objects in the provincial style - to use and decorate both inside the home and also outdoor living areas and the garden.

We are continually searching locally in Australia and overseas for objects which are well designed and have classic style, beauty, and time-worn patina - particularly pieces which have been used before and have a story behind them yet still have a use and application and can be enjoyed today. They are mainly sourced from France, Portugal, Italy and England.

We have an eclectic range of decorator items which are antique, one-off, romantic, ornamental, decorative and beautiful.

Vintage and beautiful are the key elements - whether it be furniture, fabrics, ceramics, kitchenalia or light fittings. We aim to provide a treasure trove of inspirations for decorators and collectors who are seeking something unique, whatever the budget. 

As our items are unique they are not available in high street stores. Our stock continually changes so we suggest you subscribe to our mailing list as we will advise you as new shipments arrive.
