How it Works:

Upon purchase, either in-store, by phone or by email, your Gift Voucher will then be delivered via e-mail or post immediately to yourself or the recipient.

Payment may be made by cash or EFTPOS (in-store) cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Cheques must be cleared before Gift Vouchers will be sent.

Upon use of the gift voucher, if the order is to a value higher than the value of your voucher, the balance will need to be paid by another payment method. The cost of freight (if applicable) will be added when calculating the value of the order.

Gift Vouchers amount can only be redeemed in one transaction. If the order is to a total less than the Gift Voucher the value of the balance cannot be redeemed.

Upon purchase a gift voucher will be despatched on the same day payment is cleared. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Gift Vouchers are only redeemable in-store, by phone or by email. 
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift Vouchers are valid only for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of another Gift Voucher.
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable
